Morgan Kilgo is the Public Relations Intern here at the Trevor Romain Company.
Morgan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor in Journalism. During her time in school, Morgan worked for her school newspaper as a Broadcast Reporter, where she developed her love for writing and telling people’s stories.
As a big sister to three brothers, Morgan has always loved kids. When she’s not creating content for TRC, you can find Morgan babysitting one of the many families she considers herself apart of. Did we mention she loves kids?
After hearing Trevor’s story and seeing the work done by TRC, Morgan knew it was the perfect place for her to start her career as it allowed her the opportunity to combine her love for writing with her love for kids.
In her free time, Morgan loves to go out dancing, see Broadway plays, workout, and travel.
Jennifer Drullinger is the Chief Financial Officer for the Trevor Romain Company and has served in that role since joining the company in January 2019.
Jennifer brings a unique background to TRC, having both private sector experience as a Controller as well as public sector experience as a High School Teacher. She has a passion for education and childhood development, which is why Jennifer was attracted to coming on-board as the CFO for the Trevor Romain Company.
Jennifer is a native of Brenham, Texas - home of Blue Bell Ice Cream. She earned her B.S. in Mathematics with a Minor in Secondary Education from Texas State University, and her Master's in School Counseling from Lamar University. She currently lives in Ridegcrest, CA with her husband and a 5-year old cocker spaniel named Benji that she rescued in early 2019
Alex Bryant serves as the Media Relations Director for the Trevor Romain Company since June 2019. He's responsible to streamline and amplify the media circulation of the co-founder, the company and its entities in a positive manner through social media and press outreach.
Since graduating from Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX with a B.F.A. degree in Studio Art with a specification in Graphic Design in 2014, Alex moved to Los Angeles, CA to pursue his career within the entertainment industry for his work in graphic design, social media and television production. Throughout the span of 5 years, Alex worked for companies including: CBS, National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Dick Clark Productions and NBCUniversal's Esquire and Bravo TV networks. As a result, he received an Emmy ® certificate for his contributions at Entertainment Tonight, 4 American Advertising Awards and most recently named Black Enterprise's Modern Man of Distinction for his contributions to diversity and inclusion initiatives and social media. Alex has also been featured on Hallmark Channel's Home and Family, Oprah.com and CBS. In addition, he's commonly known for his devoted help to the Oprah Winfrey Network as a distinguished OWNer/OWN Ambassador, his contributions to the Nelson Mandela Foundation and his invitation to the Dei Ngu Temple in Westminster, CA from his holiness the Dalai Lama.
During his spare time, Alex empowers, engages and enlightens people from all walks of life through awe-inspiring stories detailing the process of overcoming hardships to interactive workshops to harness practical career building skills as he speaks at conference panels and college campuses such as: Virginia Commonwealth University, Long Beach City College, Middle Tennessee State University and Texas A&M University. As a natural humanitarian, lifelong student and a dedicated professional, Alex strives to share his humbleness to people young and young at heart to dream BIG!

Woody Englander is the co-founder and CEO of The Trevor Romain Company, a supplemental educational publisher in Austin, Texas. Having managed successful businesses in the past, Woody saw the tremendous value in Trevor Romain's talent, books, and his unique ability to connect with children. With Trevor as the creative force, Woody used his business and entrepreneur skills to take the Trevor Romain Company from an idea to a company that has helped schools and children all over the country deal with tough issues.
Throughout his career, Woody has dedicated his time towards working with organizations that benefit children. He has served on local boards such as the Waco Foundation and Adopt-A-School, as well as co-founding and directing the first Starburst Junior Golf Tournament in Waco, Texas, the largest junior golf tournament in the country. Since 2010, Woody has traveled with Trevor Romain on a 16-country USO tour, speaking to over 150,000 military children. Through this experience, Woody helped to create Anchored4Life, a transition and resilience program now in over 200 schools. Woody is always happy to share the incredible stories of the children he has met as well as share the lessons he has learned from invaluable experiences like this.
Woody is married to Ronda Englander, the executive director of Comfort Crew for Military Kids. He has two kids, Blair and Samuel.
Nirali Patel is the Chief Operating Officer here at the Trevor Romain Company. Being apart of the Trevor Romain Company has been a meaningful position in which she has learned a lot about simply being able to connect with people, can change your life and theirs.
Raised in Sugar Land, Texas, Nirali played varsity tennis for her high school, as well as participated in numerous clubs and was a member of the choir.
Nirali graduated with a B.S in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio. After graduation, she joined the family business and opened her own Little Caesar’s Pizza in Houston, TX. During this time, Nirali helped the business grow and expand into more territories. After seven years in the pizza business, Nirali and her husband decided to settle down in Austin. It wasn’t long before Nirali was introduced to The Comfort Crew for Military Kids, the non-profit side of TRC. Nirali started volunteering for the Comfort Crew, eventually landing herself the COO position for the Trevor Romain Company.
Nirali cherishes her free time and spends it with her new puppy, Charlie, along with her family. She also enjoys travelling, watching movies, listening to music, and laughing as much as possible.
Kay Lindquist is the Director of Business Development here at the Trevor Romain Company. With over 22 years of experience in outside business sales, Kay’s success lies in her ability to establish strong and lasting relationships with everyone she interacts with. A self-labeled “people-person,” Kay loves to connect with people of all backgrounds, always hoping to gain a new friend.
Born and raised in Sioux, IA, Kay spent her high school days competing on both the swim and basketball team. After high school, Kay served in the United States Air Force from 1988-1992, where she completed 2 years of college while in active duty. She went on to graduate from Bellevue University in 1995 with a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Following graduation Kay moved to Austin and continues to call it home. When Kay isn’t working, she loves reading, cooking delicious food, traveling, and taking full advantage of Austin’s live music scene. Her hidden talents include being an incredible ping pong player and a pogo-stick enthusiast.
Kay also enjoys volunteering for Meals on Wheels, Art from the Streets, and theAustin Resource Center for the Homeless (ARCH.)
Kay, along with her team, is passionate about helping children. Through her work, Kay’s goal remains to make children feel empowered in order to advocate for themselves to create happier, healthier, and more confident lives.
