Stress management is rough! I saw this book and thought it would be great for my autistic kids, serving as a catalyst to start a hard conversation. Books are expensive and I cannot afford to buy for my outdated library

Stress is at an all time high in this time of uncertainty with the pandemic. Being closed in with limited social interaction has taken its toll. Telling people it will all be ok has not been the easiest. Stress is on my nerves. This pandemic has been an emotional rollercoaster. I'd love to share this book with so many struggling. Thank you for the chance. Love Trevor Romain's creative projects. 🧡
