Great Video for grades K-5. My students LOVED this video along with Trevor Romain's "Bullying" and "Cliques" videos. Trevor's videos focus on social behavior, in a very clever way. I cannot say enough about these videos. I highly encourage you to purchase all of Mr. Romain's videos. You and your children will not be disappointed!!! Great videos for the classroom.

​My students and I love this video! It manages to address the subject of fear and anxiety while still being light-hearted and funny! I gave this a 4 star review because I think it could have explained more about how to overcome your fears/anxiety instead of just repeating, "stand up/face your fears!"

My kids enjoy this video. It has a fun sound track and a fun story line. Helps kids face fearful situations with a little more knowledge at their finger tips.
