The Mayor of New Orleans, in an outstanding WWL interview, says the crazed shooters/looters are drug addicts terrorizing the rest. The Gov. of La. said this morning, (9/2) because no help has arrived as long promised, that "people should get any water and food they can."
The pretty Mardi Gras mask has been ripped off the hidden ugly failures of our society. The shame belongs to FEMA and Congress. (Write your Congressman as just one way to start a recovery.)
